Playing Catch Up

Well, as you can tell we have been so busy, so busy to even up date how busy we are! We have had so much fun settling into our new home and can not believe how time seems to fly when having so much fun. Our garden turned out so well, we had harvest, have raked leaves and now are shoveling snow! We have also recently added and new family member, Cliff our new kitten. He and Landon have so much fun chasing one another around the room. Landon is talking up a storm and went from everything being "mine" to asking "why" about everything being said! Oh the wonders of being a parent and on the other side of that table! Landon is also potty trained, with the exception of a few accidents here and there we are now going public places in big boy under pants. As we are onto the next season we will try being better about keeping the updates coming! The following post are a little update by each of the past five months!
We hope that all is well with everyone!

November

Happy Fall...
As we came to the end of the season, we had a wonderful harvest and learned so much about gardening!

October

The big 2nd Birthday!! We had an Elmo party for Landon and he loved it! Who ever thought we would have the pool out for an October 1st birthday?

As a little side note, Landon's initiation in to the 2nd year of life was the chicken pox although a very mild case they came on his birthday! YUCK!!

Prize winning carrot...
Happy Halloween!
Mommy made Landon a dinosaur for the night of trick or treat or in the words of Landon, "Treat, please."...

We also had very special visitors from Colorado, Great Omie and Great Opie! Pictures have not yet arrived to Mommy from GiGi and will be posted when they arrive!

August

If you can look past the ice cream mess you will see that Landon has a sty on his left eye, this proceeded to grow and he had out patient surgery to remove this from his eye lid. To say the least Mommy and Daddy we both uneasy about this until reuniting after the procedure was complete to find Landon looking like a drunken sailor swaying back and forth! this is completely healed and there really in no scare to show.
Day before surgery... Two days post surgery....

What are those faces? (post surgery about 2.5 weeks)
