Fall Photo Shoot

Since it was actually warm enough to play outside today (and warm enough meaning 40 degrees and not 20!!) we did a little photo shoot while Landon played!

In the Spirit of Halloween

Last weekend we really got in to the spirit of Halloween and harvest by making a Jack-o-Lantern scarecrow. Landon tried to keep up with all our errand running while getting all of Jack's parts but to no success, this is what happens when you refuse to take a nap...

After a day of fun this is what our creativity resulted...

12 Month Portraits

Yesterday we went to get Landon's 12 month pictures taken. As we sit back and look at the his growth from a tiny helpless baby to an independent little boy it still takes our breath away! And it must be said that this was the hardest photo shoot yet...and we thought it was hard when he was crawling!! Landon is curious about EVERYTHING!

Amazing Animals!

Landon had his first experience with two exotic animals yesterday. The owner of Daddy's company has a beautiful ranch, located down near the Oregon Dales, which is home to many exotic creatures. Yesterday they had a company family BBQ and brought a couple animals for all the kids to see. A giraffe, named Carson...

He is 6 months old and 6'5"!

The World!!

Since Landon is now over a year and a healthy 24 Lbs, and not to mention his feet were kicking the back of the seat, it was time to turn his car seat around. He is now forward facing and gets to see the world!! It was so cute when we went for our fist outing he looked around in amazement! Here is the big boy in his seat...

The Party!!

Landon had a blast at his very first Birthday party! He loved being the center of attention, to say the least. He did a great job opening all of his presents. Then he did quite the number on his cake!!

"Ohhhhhhhh yeah!"

Surprisingly enough, there was no cake in his hair so clean up was a breeze. Then he got right onto playing with his gifts!
