Our new adventure is going to be bird watching with Landon this Spring and Summer. We have an ornithology book and a big bag of bird seed and have started practicing taking pictures of our birds and classifying them. We made our little friends a pine cone feeder that they love and throw them seed daily.

i have to learn how to identify birds for a class, and we have a cd of bird calls that i'll burn and send to you. on a sad note, i didn't find any giant cones at redwoods for you :( i was really disappointed
